IDPForge: deep learning of proteins with global and local regions of disorder nature.com

Researchers led by Teresa Head-Gordon at the University of California, Berkeley, developed IDPForge, a machine-learning tool that generates all-atom structural ensembles for intrinsically disordered proteins and disordered regions while preserving folded domains. The authors report that its predictions agree with NMR and SAXS experiments and that the open-source tool can incorporate experimental restraints.
