Honda tests dynamic wireless charging – while driving electrive.com

Honda, Taisei and Taisei Rotec say they have developed the core technology for wireless charging of vehicles while driving, with Honda supplying the transmitting and receiving units. They plan to build a test track by the end of 2026 and start demonstrations in Japan’s 2027 fiscal year, including a project on the Tateyama Expressway; tests will assess charging performance up to 150 kW and road-unit safety.
