Bangladesh approves 442 MW solar project with eight-hour battery storage pv-magazine.com

Bangladesh’s Executive Committee of the National Economic Council approved a 442 MW solar plant with eight hours of battery storage beside the Rampal coal power station in Bagerhat. The Bangladesh Power Development Board will develop the project for BDT 25 billion ($200 million), with construction scheduled from September 2026 to March 2029.
